These books are great for practicing contemplative prayers which are a great source of refreshment for the mind and spirit. They are easy to prayers to practice because they are scripted. They provide space to be more intimately aware of God's presence and a means to seek union with Him. (I carry 'Every Moment Holy" everywhere I go).

The Hatch Alarm clock has been so helpful for both my nigh time and my morning routine. It has customizable features as you wind down to go to sleep with a reading light and even a meditation. The Rule of Life podcast explores how to practice the way of Jesus in the modern world. The podcast hones in on the spiritual disciplines for the follower of Jesus. These disciplines greatly impact our mental, emotional. spiritual and physical well-being. I cannot recommend this podcast enough.
Fun Therapy with Mike Foster gives you an inside look to a therapy session with a professional. But Mike's Guided Meditations are why I am really recommending this podcast. I have found his 3 guided meditations to be SO helpful! Give them a listen.
